How to Make Money Online

There are literally hundreds of ways and methods to make money online. Almost all of them are doable and can provide a lucrative payout but the problem is most people won't do the work. They want a "get rich quick" scheme that will allow them to make lots of money while sitting on their couch, in their underwear, drinking beer. That is just not the way it works.

I heard webinar the other day with a famous marketer, Howie Schwartz. He was asked a question I thought was wonderful. A lady asked, "what is the best way to make a thousand dollars on the internet in the next week." Howie answered there wasn't any best way for a new person to do this because it doesn't work way. Now Howie easily makes several thousand dollars a day on the web but he has been doing it for longer than a week. He was designing games during the last market crash in 2002 and has been active on line since them. It takes work.

That said there are a lot of different opportunities people can do to make money online. A popular one is to get paid to take surveys online. You won't get rich doing this but you can make some extra money. I am signed up to a survey company and it is kind of fun to do a survey when they send it to me. The nice thing about this method is you don't need to have a website or blog or anything.

Adsense is the little ad blurbs you see on search engine results and on people's web pages. If you have adsense on your site you get paid a little bit everytime someone clicks on an ad. It's not alot but if you get several visitors you can make some money.

These are only two of the making money online opportunities. The web is so new and internet marketing is so new that you are really only limited by your imagination. I don't think we have any clue yet as to what this edium will provide.
